Working with selected manufacturers and using our own talented in-house staff we fast-track your request through our Rapid Response order process. Your final delivery date dictates the order production window and defines the products/services that best meet your requirement. The shorter the deadline--- the more limited your options for production speed and level of shipping service. We need ONE BUSINESS DAY to confirm and prepare your order request for production. During this time we will review your submitted artwork, requested quantity and examine the turnaround schedule to confirm that we WILL meet your required delivery date. If, for any reason, we think that we will NOT be able to meet your date---we will NOT PROCESS your order and inform you immediately about the reasons why. However, we may be able to suggest an alternative solution. It is our firm policy on any orders identified as undeliverable that all monies will be 100% REFUNDED directly to your credit card the same business day. A short time after you submit your order request---we will email you a final order confirmation message. This will contain: - A summary of your order details and our time line plan - A virtual picture proof in full colour that shows a composite finished image of the requested product - A shipping invoice that confirms the service level, arrival date/time and cost needed for your order using our preferred UPS services Click here to see a sample confirmation. Your approval of this confirmation means we charge your credit card for the agreed upon shipping fee and immediately place your order with the manufacturers. Production will begin on the next business day and last for 1, 2 or 3 business days as ordered. At the end of the final production day the order will ship to your designated address via UPS at the pre-paid service level. A UPS shipping notification containing your orders tracking number(s) will be automatically emailed to you when the shipment leaves the manufacturer. You can then track the progress of your delivery until it is finally received.
